The TruCurb Shower Curbs are lightweight prefabricated Shower dams, made of expanded polystyrene foam designed specifically to integrate with the TruSlope Trays, and Vapor-shield waterproofing membrane to create a water-tight and leak-proof tile floor assembly.

The Trugard Standard Drain Kit is specifically designed to allow simple and secure connections to Trugard Vaporshield

or other bonded waterproof membranes. The Drain features a textured, wide funnel bonding flange to provide a watertight connection to the membrane and easily connects to standard drain outlets, for both new construction and renovations. Truseal/Evoseal Sealant is a necessary part of the installation for a long-term leakproof connection.

DRAIN KIT INCLUDES:

Trugard Seal kit consists of prefabricated seals made of cut out sections of the TRU-GARD® Vapor-shield waterproofing membrane designed to create a tight seal around protrusions and corners through and around the TRU-GARD® Vapor-shield membrane. This makes the shower waterproofing envelope water tight and leakproof.

TRUGARD SEAL KIT INCLUDES:

The Trugard Shower Band is used to seal butt joints, corner joints and small areas. Trugard® Vapor-shield Membrane is a pliable polyethylene waterproof membrane with limited crack-bridging capabilities. It is covered on both sides with a special fiber webbing to anchor the membrane in the thin-set mortar. It is used in conjunction with ceramic and stone tile coverings. Tiles are installed directly on the Trugard® Vapor-shield membrane using the thin-bed method. Use with Trugard® Inside and Outside Corner Seals and Trugard® Pipe and Shower Valve Seals, to complete the water tight and leak-proof complete vapor-shield envelope.

The Trugard Vapor-Shield is a pliable polyethylene waterproof membrane that is used in conjunction with ceramic and stone tile coverings to quickly and easily waterproof your shower and protect your home or property against costly leaks, mold and deterioration. The advanced polyethylene material is crack-resistant and provides the perfect substrate to anchor your tile or stone to your shower wall with its fiber webbing. Tiles are installed directly on to the Trugard® Vapor-Shield Membrane.

The TruSeal Sealant is a High Performance Sealant & is the evolution of high performance sealants. TruSeal is a

state-of-the-art single component hybrid polymer bonding compound chemically designed to withstand severe

climate, weathering and environmental conditions, especially wet and moist conditions. TruSeal MS possesses

excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and is the perfect companion for Trugard Vapor-shield

waterproofing membrane for use as a sealant or joint filling compound.

The TruSlope tray is a pre-formed lightweight prefabricated Shower floor substrate, made of expanded polystyrene foam for constructing a mortar- free shower base. It is designed specifically to integrate with the TruCurb, Vapor-shield waterproofing membrane and Trugard Drain to create a water-tight and leakproof tile floor assembly.
